Yeah she's magic, had some wicked good sails from Paihia to Auckland in her, 6 of us sailing her, 2 of the 6 bailing her, no self draining cockpit , here she is in 1911, without the coach roof.

when I got her ,she was sunk on her mooring,. I removed all the ballast and then truck strapped 44 gallon drums to her chain plates, as the tide went out I cranked the drums down closer to the deck , as the tide came in I floated her closer to shore, eat sleep and repeat for 3 days

Well Shaun old mate… ya making up for it now, 1x Sissy bar coming in the mail.

Oh, and fuck me drunk, I just ordered some m7 brass nuts from the Uk, seemed like a good deal, then they slogged me with 40 pound postage. WTF? Six fucken nuts! 4 for twin and 2 x spares. What do they do, get Richer’d Fucken Branson to deliver them on Galactica?

Why don't you ask me first, Chris? Postage rates from Germany are quite reasonable, customs stuff to Oz is far less hassle than to UK. ;)

I could tie them to a fireworks rocket and aim it in your direction, wtf does this Bransdon guy think he is?

Bloody hell, Chris!! And what are you buying 7mm exhaust stud nuts for an SF - unless you're using a small valve head and want to retain them - I converted my small valve head to 8mm and bought brass M8 nuts from Bunnings!!!

Similar prob with Wemoto in Japan - really cheap Keihin stuff, but shipping is ridiculous - like A$60 for a couple of o-rings and jets that would fit in a regular envelope.

I didn’t say I paid for them, 40 pound postage is just hiway robbery. Just saying.

My big valve head has M8 studs, I just checked ............ yet in the back of my pea sized brain I was thinking they were 7mm. Particularly as I got the last ones from a Lambretta spares place, I think.

Ha ha. I am hoping to take possession of one of those racks in the not too distant future to fit to the AE:cool:
Might not look that flash but it'll be bloody handy..............................
