Best printed using black PETG or other fuel-resistant material.
3-part design allows printing on standard printers such as Prusa mk3.
Infill can be quite low - 20%, use more layers for strength.
Will require supports under the pockets on the underside.
Glue together using glue suitable for 3-D prints.
You could re-use the old rubber pads to protect the frame, or cut new ones from a suitable soft material (the light grey bits in the photo)
