35mm top yoke

Hello,
got this Ceriani top yoke with a bunch of Laverda parts.
As it's missing 2 holes for fastening the bars, which bike
could it belong to, certainly not Laverda?

Certainly not Laverda - the offset is way bigger than the 35mm Ceris on my SF1. Looks like it's off something that had clipons and the front holes for mounting an instrument bracket.
