36 Mikuni carb mount Question.

Padders, I don't think you'll have any performance loss/gain using angled stubs. I use straight ones on my 180 and have no clearance or fuel level issues and can use the standard airbox. However if your using a big alloy tank on your special and pod filters you may need the extra clearance of the angled stubs. Until you get the tank it would be difficult to say. Piet has a nice remote choke linkage should you need one.

Eloquently put. and the answer is...................bugger all difference. so staying with the straight stubs as the carbs sit very symmetrically with the engine. still waiting for my rosette.
