Hello

I wish to put the front-wheel onto my Laverda 3c (spoked wheels) removed by someone else and I do not know how the shims and washers worked.  Is there an exploded view of the front axle showing the components, please?

pretty straight forward installation, you'll see where the gaps are when the brake discs line up with the calipers.

Thanks for the advice.

Blab.  I have decided to rebuild the bike. I've had it since 1993 and every time I threaten to get rid off, I never do.

Even though it's in every parts book, I never found
washer nr. 17 in real life, neither on 3Cs nor on 750s.

Didn't look close enough... :D

It is the steel insert in the speedo drive housing, fitted to prevent the axle digging into the
surface when the nut is tightened with the 6-foot extension pipe over the spanner.

The washer was/is available seperately.  Don't know how on earth it could go missing, but has always been a big seller!

I put my pride and joy into a garage for new tyres, came back to me without this little thin washer. As you say it must be a big seller as loads of non-Laverda types don't know it is there.
