750SF triple tree question

During the prep this time for the triple tree's to be painted I noticed the top one did not say Ceriani but ARCO??? and the bottom one has nothing on it anywhere. Since the frame/engine numbers are 4334 I would have assumed (bad choice of words)  that they would have had the Ceriani logo cast into them. I've had the bike since '79 so nothing was changed by me, but before that who knows. Another odd thing is the bike had ND's, CEV, and Lucas which for the serial range should have been Smith's and Bosch. Everything else on the machine appears correct so I have a set of Smith's and all the Bosch to put it back to '71 spec's (so to speak).

So did the original Ceriani's have the name cast onto each of the mounts?

Hi, Clay.
It's ARCES not ARCO and it stands for the full name.
Christian name= AR (maybe Arturo?), CE=Ceriani, don't remember
the S, maybe the place.
From my memory only the upper 35mm clamps like on your 71 had that.
No more on the later 38mm SF2/3/SFC ones.

Ah, thanks Ernesto, makes sense now  :D. The ARCO came up because of the hole for the wiring took out part of the letters so it was a wild guess. So it looks like everything is still original, one less thing on my list  8)
