Alloy Wheel Refurb

I have a 78 Mirage and I am considering having my thick web alloy wheels "refurbished".  I live in the NW of England, could anyone recommend a local or UK based company to strip/prepare/powder them?
 
I have just had mine done by Keith Nairn at Laverdascozia, he does a bit more than powerboat them and they are all the better for it! You will find him throughout this forum.
