Brake pads

I know, not much better than an oil / tyre thread, but here goes...

Just bought some new Stainless disc rotors. Anyone recommend what pads (material) best with these for a Lav?
(I promise - I did use the search function - but had to wade through a lot of comments :-[)

Got a set (discs) for my Jota a few yrs back, and they supplied the recommended pads.
Have worked well since, even with some spirited riding through the hills wet and dry

Metal gear were originally out of stock of the rotors when I first tried to order and I had to wait. As soon as they were in I ordered them and they turned up today and I realised I had forgotten to order pads with them (first sentence here is my excuse... ).
The Metal gear site sell Organic and Sintered pad for these discs and I was curious if anyone had a recommendation either way.
Probably go Organic from what I have read.

Very good results with Lucas/TRW MCB019RQ on stainless discs.  Nice feedback, excellent in the wet.
