One of the first motorcycles I was given to adjust the valves on was a Ducati 350 Desmo own by a neighbor's kid.
Took me a couple a days to figure it out and get the job done. I was like 12 years old at the time. After that I had problems visualizing how simpler valve trains with springs worked.
