Ease my clutch

... I use the older non adjustable Guzzi Daytona, 1100 Sport version, the longer actuating arm and a brand new cable - the lightest clutch you can imagine on a Laverda triple!!!
Ciao, Gert

I know the ergonomics of a dogleg are different (and i use Jap lever brackets from wreckers with doglegs), but isn't the fact that the clutch pull becomes (miraculously) lighter indicating that the pull ratio is different - which is essentially the same result of the easiclutch?

I've had my own easy clutch (happily slotted the cover) on the SF for decades and never had a problem getting neutral. With the new DAM lever I'm going to fit I cut it down and will only use the lower hole = longer cable pull but slightly heavier - will match my older custom version.

Get some silicone oil and spray plenty down the inner (I make a little funnel with electrical tape round the top of the outer). Makes the clutch feel a lot lighter.

As long as you don't have a Teflon or Nylon lined cable in which case it will soon stop cabling anything.

Gutsibits is lever only, at least on the linked page.
I like the look of these things, especially with the little choke lever on top, excellent.
Domino is the reincarnation of Tomasselli isn?t it?
