Exhaust collector identification

I have a collector from a triple but the part number stamped in it doesn't match up in any of my parts books. Can anyone tell me what a part number LAV-63513191 is off of? I'm thinking it might be the original from my series 2 Jota but don't know. Might also be from my Executive. The collector currently on the Jota has no part number and is a large bore but I have no idea now where it came from. This extra one I have is flanged along the sides and might be a slightly smaller bore but doesn't look as small as I remember a small bore collector being. How many versions of these things were there?
