My long term favourite ,though not cheap is Custom Fasteners , Newtown , Powys. Dealt them with them for over 25 years and they are reliable.  Their stainless fasteners have polished heads ( not necessarily everyonnes taste...).

Custom Fasteners as I recall was started by Tim Healey, no not the Geordie lad but the bloke responsible for the Squariel powered Healey '4' and also I believe the producer of the first 'Jota' exhausts for Slaters all those years ago.
