Fitting header pipes

As title, I went to fit a set of pipes today and the down pipes rattle around which suggest to me there may be some collets between the gasket and the finned outer ring. I can?t see any on the part diagrams so can someone please advise part numbers etc.. thanks
 
not sure of part numbers,not in my original GT handbook,not fitted to it either ,(late 73) but I do have them on my 71 SF but here- sure someone will chip in
