I was delighted to discover earlier that my Ceriani stanchions have a definite bend in them unfortunatly this coincided with a particulaly tedius Jethro Tull flute solo on Planet Rock duing which I felt compelled to batter the radio to death with afor mentioned fork leg. I know where I can get a new radio but has anyone a good suggestion on fork specialists in the UK.

Ha  !  Radio is fixed. Would appear i struck it but a glancing blow. thanks for the suggestions will give pitted forks a try and see what happens.

I used HPC&G in 1997 on my Monty forks. Service included uplift and delivery using their courier.
After a prang in 2008 which shattered my front wheel and twisted the forks in the yokes I returned them for trueing and rechroming.
They returned them within a week saying the chrome was fine and all they needed was a slight true. They put them through their centreless mill and they didn't need anything else. They charged me only for the work done and the carriage when they could easily have billed the whole amount and I would have been none the wiser.

Bollox , It's not funny you know >:( I did whoomp into the side of a Ford Escort many years ago thought I'd just dented the mudguard at the time , it would appear not. Happily the Escort front wing and door pillar where impressivley trashed.

"Whoomp" ! I like that.

Think I used Fitforx when I did the Jota front end a couple of years ago.
Seemed alright.
