Grabbing front piston Brembos

Hi Guys. Now that the 3CL has passed its MOT it's niggling me that the tester advised a slightly grabbing front brake on the re-test.
I did previously take the pads out and work the pistons but one seems sticky in that it will pump out but then only retracts when pressure is applied and it's "notchy" i.e. doesn't slide smoothly which the others do when going back.
The calipers were re-built a few years ago but only did a couple of hundred dry miles before I laid the bike up in a dry, heated garage.
My intention is to strip it down and hone the bores as I suspect there may be a high spot in the bore.
Before I pitch in and pull the caliper apart any suggestions gratefully received.
TIA, Pewe.

Simply replace the seals again.  Have never found high spots in the caliper bores.  How should they come to be?  Not using the brakes is their greatest foe...

Check the groove for the square sealing ring for signs of corrosion.  If steel pistons are still fitted, replace with the later alloy items.  For the icing on the cake, rebuild the M/C with new seals, and the brake will be back in as new condition.
