How to access front forks cap ?

Anyone care to provide a detailed description of how I can most easily get at the front fork caps. I'd like to get at the sportsvalve adjusters. Thanks.

I'd suppose it's about the triple shown in your avatar pic?
Well, I don't have adjustable valves, but for changing the fork oil I just undo the 4 M8 nuts holding the bar clamp, then I move the entire boondoggle of instruments and handlebar slightly forward to the headlight and fix it in that position by a rubber bung or a bit of tape. That gives enough space to access the caps.

Regards,
Stefan

Throw away those stupid 'adjustable' handlebars, drop the forks through the yokes and fit clip ons. That way you can get at the tops of the forks and it'll steer less like a truck.  You may need to lop 10mm off your centre stand if you do this.  (bolt)

The ones I've ringed here?

Those are the pinch bolts.  The ones to remove the instrument mount/bar clamp are under the yoke - 4 x 13mm nuts IIRC.
