Jota tank badges

I need to remove the tank badges on my Jota to get the tank resprayed. I guess I just carefully prise them off as no fixing screws. Does anyone know, to avoid a disaster?

Just buy new ones, will come all new and shiny.
Old badges on a newly painted tank look bad.
You could use a cheese cutter wire and cut through the double sided foam tape holding it on.
Trying to prise it off will result in potential damage to the badge anyway.

Use a hair dryer to lightly warm the badge and then you can gently prise off the badge as the adhesive softens without any damage to badge or tank. That?s how I do it.

Dental floss will take it off.

I used an old nylon guitar string - no damage to badges or marks to paintwork.  WD40 is good for removing remaining sticky residue

Stop all this crap advice lads. Just use an "ammer" and crow bar.  Yopu can then justify getting a new, un dented, tank to go with the nice new badges...
