Apart from minor details my project bike is finished after two and a half years...I'm thankful for the help you folks have offered replying to my posts, many thanks all especially Keith Nairn, Laverda Ian , Piet and Jota Rob but really all of you

Looking forward to having it on the road in spring

Yes the time has flown, Pat ..Its been a nice time especially the last few months since November last when I got the engine back from Keith...I'm impressed with how nicely made it is and with a bit of luck will be reliable as it's all been done...that's making a favourable assumption on my skills

I hope you like it, they are a bit of an acquired taste especially at low speed.

I hope so too, I've heard they're not happy unless out on the open road, fortunately that's ok as I'm out of town in about ten minutes and then its 50 to mid 60mph...I know they're happier quicker than that though
