Does anyone know if Malcolm might be unwell or otherwise indisposed?  I ordered a speedo / revcounter mount for my Jota from him on eBay almost a couple of weeks ago, which is still showing not dispatched. I have messaged him a couple of times via eBay and tried to call his landline number with no response. I don?t want to make a fuss on eBay as I know from other members that he is a sound chap, I just want to make sure he has received the order and to get an idea when he can send as I was hoping to get the front end back together over the Christmas break. Thanks in advance for any help.

I purchased and received some exhausts from him last week so he is around. He did have some internet Issues at the time apparently.

I contacted Malcolm on your behalf. His reply to me

I have emailed him twice, and called his phone...

I suggest something is amiss with one end or the other,!
 
For the Record Kristian,  I have replied to your email to me after you decided to order the Jota Chrome Silencers and fitting kit only, that was about 2 weeks ago.
I wrote to you again Wednesday 2 days ago informing you that the fitting kits would be available this weekend, and speaking to my polisher
this afternoon he is delivering them to me Saturday afternoon.

When you gave me your order on 17th November  I informed you some items had to be manufactured, which they have been.  I have emailed you in total 8 times from your first communication, and have tried to call you tonight leaving a message on your phone, and have tried to call you on Facebook
messenger, and have sent you a PM on here as well.......

I do reply to all my messages and I do work 120 hours a week, unlike gardners who do 3 hours a day.......

As we have now spoken, I will have your consignment ready for dispatch over the weekend....

Malcolm has been in touch. The problem was that the emails he thought were going to customers, actually didn?t 🤬 technology! Hopefully my order should be sent this week. Looks like he?s a busy man.

Malc's email issues and lack of mobile phone signal, never seem to go away, on occasions he can be hard to get at, just a little perseverance always gets it done, I have never yet had to drop him a first class letter (which is overnight service) which would give him the vital nudge.

all the Laverda dealers have there traits, some are good at some stuff and not other stuff, and vice versa, it can take a long time to learn what is what, none of them are perfect, but aren't we lucky that there are so many businesses around helping us, and specialists, that produce non available items, for bikes that were out of production in 1987.
