I have decided to sell both my Mk2 Montjuic and Alpino S. The Monty is a 1982 I had painted in Black and had a set of Montjuic Speciale decals made and professionally applied. I am selling it with a “new” old stock set of Laverda Orange fairings which I purchased from Andy J from the group, plus the original fuel tank. The condition, I think is excellent, and mechanically is sound.
The mileage is 15361 and I have owned it for 5 years.
I do have some history from the previous owner who owned it for 30 plus years. It has the original SITO exhaust system although I have purchased a Black chrome system from Malcolm Cox but not fitted it, I would sell this separately if required.
The Alpino S, is a 1979 model which I bought 3 years ago and I am only the 4th owner. Again the condition is excellent and mechanically sound.
The mileage is showing as 13494. This machine was stored for about 10 years and recommissioned in 2017 with new tyres, clutch cable, carburettor service kits, new chain and sprocket.
Both machines are listed on eBay and I am asking £10000 for the Monty and £5000 for the Alpino.
