Monty valve timing .

hi Guys, wanted to check the valve timing on 500 Monty does anybody have any info , timing figures ,tips ??, never ticked over so would like to verify valve timing is correct and go from there !, thanks ..Bert.....  ps S1 CAMS FITTED..
