Quick action throttle

No, the pic of the used one also showed a starter button. Anyway, Suzuki built the same switch gear with and without a start button, with one and two throttle-cable connections; it was a modular concept. And, most importantly, they're identical to those on contemporary Laverdas ...
I'm not denying that they made versions with a starter button, Jo, or that they were used on contemporary Laverdas - but I cannot see the starter button and necessary third wire on these pictures of the unit for sale in the link you posted above.

They clearly made several different variations using the same basic metal castings, but unless you find exactly the right one (two cables, kill switch and starter button), they will need some remachining to work.

Any help? Two cables holes both threaded. Throttle damper and new throttle tube.
Kill switch and start button.

That would be ideal, Charley, but for being another 155€

Just need to look for units used on the big Suzuki 2-strokes with CV carbs... ie late GT750.

The smaller strokers had either conventional carbs or lacked an electric leg, hence no closing cable and/or starter button.

AfaIk, early GS750 models had very similar switchgear for a very short time.

I used a slightly modified Suzuki GS500 wiring loom, mated to GT750 switchgear. From memory, all but one wire from the switchgear was a different colour to the loom, made it easy to hook up.
