I put this on the ILOC forum, but does anyone know if the Zane cylinder head wobbly spanner (as shown in LVV) fit the 750SF head to re torque down in situ.

Hi Shaun -  the rather unusual SOHC 750 one is a 17mm ring spanner that has a double set in handle at not equal angles - looks different to the Zane one so can't say if it's Ok to use - the spanner handle, made of thinnish flat steel, is supposed to start twisting when the correct torque is reached. Never liked them myself - prefer to use a crows foot and "wobbly" type extension to my torque wrench. - Easier with a photo - anyone got one?? - Regards - Phil

Thanks Phil, strange Uri Gellar thing! Pic be good anybody?

Shaun,

Breganze head nuts 17mm AF, Zane 14mm AF...

Reckon you could use the Zane tool on a Breganze, but you're going to need a fuckin' big hammer to make it fit! :D

With Phil here, I use a crowfoot and wobble extension too.  Some 3/8" sockets fit between frame rails at the rear nuts, can then be tightened with a wobble extension as well.  Needs to be a quality piece though, sheared off quite few el cheapo types.
