<DIV>i have just purchased an odyssey pc 680 as the wet type battery i had only lasted  18 months! this cost me ?53 plus vat from  cheshire batterys in crewe. south cheshire. battery is smaller than 32 amp so have packed it out but so far am very happy with it but time will tell. </DIV>

Some time back we had a thread regarding a quality replacement sealed battery for a 180 Jota . Can anyone give me the details of battery name model No.. and where to purchase in the uk .
Regards Peter Johnson

<DIV>REALLY REALLY RECOMEND......an Odsessey PC 625....Brilliant....But quite expensive at ?84.00...I bought mine after having to replace two Exide batteries within four years...That was not the fault of the units, it was down to lack of use.</DIV> <DIV> These Odyssey unit is phenominal (that took four takes to spell fernom, furmon Phenom....AHHH!!!).....Their head office in the UK is in Clayton, Manchester.</DIV> <DIV> The other outlet is Manchester Batteries, which is based on Chapel Street, Salford.....These people are very helpfull but I feel I should have bought mine from the main supplier.</DIV> <DIV> The Odyssey is quite a lot smaller than the oringinal Lav' battery. So you may need to alter or pad out your battery tray...These are a MASSIVE improvement and I highly recommend them.....</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>                         I hope this is of some help.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>                                              Tim</DIV>
