side stand kit

Hi Nigel,

Have a look at the 'search' function and put in something like 'Lawton' 'Bushman' 'side stand'.

But to get you going 'Jotajoe' was doing some kits here:

Usual caveats about wanting to use the centre stand as well, apply!

Search well!

I have the series 2 type, so I wouldn't know. I doesn't get anywhere near anything like the centrestand because it is further forward than the 'Lawton/Bushman version'.

However I have used the search function again - (woo hoo) and found this:

This provides a tad more information and it does seem that the issue is that this sidestand can interfere with the centrestand.
There may be some wise owls out there to contribute.

I removed my centre stand as it broke twice and was FUBAR.

Just use JJ side stand kit and have never looked back.

Great bit of kit for the money.

If you modify the stand mounting bracket as shown in the links, you may get both stands operating correctly. Well worth the effort!
