Hi all, been looking for two hours for this, and cannot find it.
I need it in mm, not part of an inch.
What is the correct gap for NGK plugs in SFC1000?
It's rather large out of the package, so need to adjust.

JLO's page only mentions all tripples should be 06-0,7mm.

Kind regards,
jacques

Okay, found it in a NGK spark plug manual:

https://www.frankiemoto.cz/attachments/products/3001/36.pdf

So, the SFC1000 with B9ES spark plugs, should be adjusted to 0,7mm gap of electrodes.

The official Laverda workshop manual says 0,7mm for Bowsh W4c for an RGS, and as nothing in that manual is mentioned for the SFC1000 with higher pistons - 10,5:1 - I had to ask.

0,7mm it is.

Thanks Guys,
Jacques

Hi Paul,

Bought a fw boxes of 10 each, and the gap is 0,9 on all of them.
So need to regap.

Another thing is, that I think (I may be wrong) that Bosch w4cc was mentioned here as the right plug for an SFC1000 with it's high pistons. But Bosch show it to be the W3cc.
Which one to use if one should use Bosch plugs?

Kind regards,
Jacques

All I can say Jacques is that I have a few boxes of new NGK plugs as well. They're all gapped at 0.7. I don't even check before putting them in.

As for the Bosch plugs, I can't help you.

Paul
