sparkplug for 100cc lusso

[mik667]

Hey All
anyone know the correct (or right size replacement) sparkplug for a 98cc lusso  - i tried a NGK B7ES and it hits the piston - i chucked the NGK that was in the bike and can't recall what it was (i thought it was a B7ES)

thx!

The "E" in B7ES means "extended" thread reach of 19mm (3/4"). If 7 is the correct heat range, try a B7HS which has 12.7mm (1/2") of thread. Being 1/4" shorter will hopefully give it room to clear the piston crown.

I confirm, you need an HS.

I have much hotter in my tiddlers: B 5 HS
They came that way from Italy.
