Starter stuffed?

If the starter rotates but engine doesn't then something on mechanical transmission between starter and crankshaft.

On my home country those parts on roller clutch between springs and rollers (are they called plungers?) were rounded. The plungers have sharp edge against the inside of the springs and that was rounded to avoid spring damages. I don't know is this problem on all breganzie twins and triples, but many of those bikes at least had the problem.

Someone will have some starter rollers trackside  ;)
And away ya go......
Or you could get a couple of mates to give you a shove.

However probably better to lay it on its side, pop the cover off and fit some new springs must have been slipping a bit usually starts to be an issue due to battery voltage, the starter does spin fast enough for the springs to hold the rollers.. they start to bounce back spings break and then your toast.

Oh whilst you have it apart please check the screws that hold the plate on as if they come loose then hmm can be a wee bit of an issue.
