Put starter back together, jumped it and it spins!

Put it on the engine and jumped it while watching the ballet of two camshafts push on all the buckets.  Round and round they went......then.....oil oozing out of the buckets and into the head channel on top.  I won't button her up until I see oil oozing out of all six buckets, but so far, so good.

Now, I wonder if that starter relay works?

Fool me once....

That tunnel was stuffed so full of rags I was afraid I bent the cam chain sprockets!

And, yes, I removed the rags before cranking her.

Today I will see if the starter turns using the little button up on the handlebars.  One cautious step at a time, right?
