Switchgear connectors

I'm in need of some multi-point connectors to fit onto the wires of the switchgear on a SF2, could anyone tell me what is the maximum current that is likely to pass through these.

The ones that I am looking at are suitable for a maximum of 10amps, would these be okay.

The max continuous load is likely to be headlight - 5 amps, plus pilot and tail - another amp and instrument lamps, say 0.5A.  Horn could be similar but runs through separate contacts. Typically, unprotected connectors should be derated to take degradation into account, so 10 amps should suffice.  Dielectric or contact grease on the connector pins is not a bad idea - some go as far as filling the connector blocks completely.  OK, but messy & attracts dirt.

I know relays keep getting mentioned as a panacea, but be aware that their introduction increases the risk of failure due to increased wiring & number of connections. You need to balance that against the benefit of reduced volt drop through dodgy old switch contacts (or newer cheap chinese junk!)
