triple carb sleeve

In the process of dismantling my TS and went to remove the carbs,when I noticed the central carb has a plastic sleeve going into the manifold collar, is this standard,I didn"t have one on the RGA .

All of the carbs should have one !

Have a look up inside the bodies for the other two, your RGA uses a different mounting system.

Shaun, be careful with those insulators, they tend to stay in the carburetor bodies when you remove the carbs and will dissolve completely in carburetor cleaner if you let them soak long enough (guess how I know? ::)). That may be what happened to yours. I don't know if you can get new ones any more. Just dump the Dells and fit Mikunis, you'll NEVER look back except to wonder why it took you so long to come to your senses.
