Twin fuel lines

I was thinking water level, I have used them a lot but they need to hose to be open to the atmosphere to even up. The rear carb is higher than the front but I suppose being a closed system would have an effect. Getting syphoning to work has always been counterintuitive to me. Done a few swimming pools and that does my mind in. Pumps help a lot

Unless you have a sidecar setup Cam!

Well, funny you should say that ?

Fuel tap on the Z1300 is on the left side of the tank. If the fuel level is getting low, in left hand corners the fuel will all slosh to the right and the engine will die, especially if the sidecar wheel is lofting in the air, which it usually is :D. It's fuel injected so the engine cuts out instantly if it sucks air (no float bowls).
