US 750 GT high bars

Does anyone know the nearest bend equivalent to the old US spec 750 GT bars ?

The nearest I have found is the flat track "mile bend".

Roughly, the GT bars have a 31" width, 5" rise, 2" sweep up, 5" sweep back.

I would like some without the GT starter switch hole cutouts for use with a disc brake setup.

Even better, I would like some with the retro GT curved cross brace.
