What ND speedo is this?

Can anyone tell me what this speedo is originally off? And what is it worth?

I'm thinking of selling it.

it's been on my 3CL for the last couple of years and the gearing is correct and it works fine. Only issue is one of the 3mm screws that hold the back on is broken.
