Wheel spacer

I just fitted a new rear Tyre to my 3C and had a brain fart. Is there only the long cylindrical spacer on the left side of the wheel between the wheel and the swingarm. Thats a spooked wheel

It always looks odd the 2 spacers on the left,the big cylinder and the thick washer against each other.
