Witt DMC Ignition

Has anyone got a photo or diagram of the back (I think, anyway the side with the DIP switches) of a Witt DMC/2 Lav 120 ignition control box.
I'm waiting for mine to arrive but trying to make the bracket and I would like to position it so the DIP switches are accessible, but I'm working more or less blind except for a couple of photos of the top of Simons unit.
Thanks

Sorry, but if we did, you simply wouldn't believe it. You'll have to wait for yours to  arrive and have that "Why in the name of God did you put it there" moment

Hi Patrick, If nobody comes up with a photo I will remove my DMC2 and take a snap.

You may remember mine is only held on by the top two isolation mounts for ease of removal, I never did put the bottom ones back in as they are a pain in the arse to remove and the unit seems to hold itself up without them.

Cosi, came up with  a Pdf of the manual by PM.thanks. So I pressed on. Have put the mounting plate "inline" behind the air box. So the front or the back ( with a hole in the plate) will be accessible.
I got some height measurements off Simon's  120

I think it will work..........or maybe there will indeed be a " Why in the name of.......etc, moment"
Still I had a nice day tinkering and finishing off the rewiring  for the Witt.
Thanks for the offer Simon, but don't start dismantling anything yet!

Made it this way so it is easy to get to switch.

I think it is curve 4 for running in Max RPM set lower. Test setting and the others.

LH Relay std Laverda Changes park light to Instrument light when head light is turned on.
RH Relay by me Master headlight relay. All Head light pwr goes Batt Relay, Headlight second 5 pin relay behind headlight which High Low beam.

LH in Master Pwr Relay to Fuse block RH Relay is Kill Switch DMC and Coils.

Only control current to operate relays goes through switches

Thanks, Will, really useful photos. Luckily I think they confirm what I've done will work. Thanks for the dims on the switch hole, but will probably wait till the unit is in my hand for that . Actually, I might rethink it if you say it goes behind the RH side cover- I had assumed it would be too thick to fit there. That would leave a good storage space in front of the Oddessy battery.

Had a little brake down heading home from Belangen, then Will and Brett arrived. I have a reasonable tool kit but I dont carry a Muiltmeter and gass soldering iron. Between them they had THE LOT

I fitted one there on Dave Cairns bike had the back plate hinged so it would swing down and you could get to the switch. Don't have a photo though. I think it was actually a better lay out.

This is how I mounted the DMC1 on my Jota. It's a simple lift-out tray. The cut-outs in the sides are so the seat rubbers can sit on the frame. Curve selection switch was easy to get at, but I never needed access to it once the appropriate curve was selected.

DMC has since been replaced with an Ignitech.

saw this thread and thought what a good idea to have it mounted on top , today I made up a plate but I mounted the DMC underneath so I can adjust it without taking anything off . thanks for the idea

So many good ideas....Which to choose? Changed my original plan above and gone with the hinge down plate inside the left side cover. Just have to wait for the unit to arrive to see if it fits. if not it'll be the under seat option.
Also finished off the rearranged electrics  with the replacement SH 530 Regulator
