F08 and P08 callipers

Hi all, I am looking for some help regarding my RGS brake callipers. I need a seal kit and pistons. I checked in the technical info section here, and it tells me the RGS is fitted with P08 callipers.
I have been searching the web and found images of callipers labelled P08 and F08, and they look identical.
I have found a place in Melbourne that has F08 seal kits and pistons, and I asked if they were the same as P08. The bloke wasn't sure, and he was checking with Brembo, but I have been waiting a while for him to get back to me, and I thought I might get an answer here quicker.

So my question is, what is the difference between P08 and F08 callipers, and do they use the same seal kits and pistons.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Daz,

try Gowanloch in Sydney, tell them what you have - RGS with P08 if original, single or twin bleeder -  and they have the piston and seal kits in stock (usually).
I've found trying to get Brembo spares thru Guzzi dealers problematic, as you really need your pieces to compare directly with what they have .  I know they should be the same, but master cylinders in particular are a real headache.

i think the P08 has the lockheed bolt pattern
you have F08

brembo numbers for
seal kits are 120.2247.10
pistons are 120.2252.20
hardware kit 120.2742.20
single bleeder is 105.3387.10

early F08 with dual bleeders is 105.2087.11

new single bleed F08 calipers are still available

P's have different seals but same pistons

more information about our Lavs that I didn't know.  Always thought the twin piston Brembos were P08, never knew that there was a different bolt/fixing pattern.
I learn something new each time I visit.
