Question to Keihin flat slides

Webber carb was almost universal on twin cylinder sidecar racers in the 60's and 70's
and Laverda used the Dellortto version of the same thing on the Atlas, and Dave Solver (not the Honda people) used a DCOE and half on his triple
CLEM

That is a car.

No, thats a car-motor in a bike!

We have Münch Nr. 3 here round the corner, may be in the most exclusive privat car&bike-museum in Europe: Dauphin Speed Event
Of course there are although several Laverdas incl. a SFC 750 no. 16802.
The Museum is in a state-of-the-art building in which there is a clean room climate so that the vehicles do not have to be dusted (scratches).

From time to time we make a visit with the bikes/cars to the museum.

I had a pair of the Dellorto twin throats on a Z900, back in the day.

I sometimes tow a trailer behind my sidecar outfit. I reckon my next trick will be to put a tow hitch on the back of the trailer so I can hook up another trailer to make a motorcycle powered road train :)
As far as I can tell, I wouldn't be breaking any laws. I suppose that's only because it's never occurred to the the law-makers that anybody would be mad enough to do it.

I ran 2 side draft Weber's on my 1600cc 69 Ford Lotus Cortina - What a Beast of a Rally Go Cart ;o)

Sadly I beat the the McPherson struts to death, which would have cost me over $1200 to replace at the time so I sold the car and bought a second had 68 123S Volvo 2000B with 2 SU's and put a Marine cam in her - Ended putting 500,000 miles on that car through all kinds of shit - Most likely my favorite ride of all time ;o)

A story with that Cortina: After a house party we decided to go to the Cape (a local hotel and bar) for last call. 14 people crawled out that box car for 5 minutes in front a Cop Cruiser watching the scene - It was halarious - LOL
