Having no idea where Walpole WA was I had a quick search, it looks stunning and the fires terrifying. I hope everybody is OK.

Almost made it over to fly in WA ......... fecking covid regs. After I decided I wouldn't be able to make it work they changed the rules but it was too late for me. I know quite a few of the pilots there.

yeah all good over here. Fires are about 40kays east of me. Lost power last night and expected it to be off for a couple of days but surprised it was back on 12:30 today.
Yes it is stunning, old growth forest and pristine coast line. All surrounded by national parks.
