Cool Videos

I find this bloke entertaining. He makes crazy things and does all the stuff you wish you could have done when you were a young bloke. He has heaps of energy and has accumulated a lot of enviable workshop equipment since he started making youtube videos.

He's just finished building a tunnel from his house to his shed and to his underground bunker. He used to be a plumber but now gets his income from youtube sponsors. So he's turned his love of doing crazy shit into a full time job. Good luck to him.

I always wanted to build a secret underground room in our backyard - I even found a 'secret' place behind the ornamental plum trees in the backyard that would be the 'secret' entrance - dug down to about 15cm and that was it! I reckon I was about 8 or 9.
 
Ha ha. My brother, cousin and I got a bit further than that. We built tunnels and an underground room by digging out trenches, covering them with timber and then backfilling. We had acres of bushland do play in. We also built a treehouse about 10 metres up a massive gum tree. It's a wonder we survived childhood when I think of some of the stuff we used to do.

That reminds me: My senile Aunty dug a tunnel under her nursing homes brick fence, and concrete footpath to escape.

The staff caught her her just prior to her early morning escape.
Then they pointed out to her that beside the tunnel she'd dug all night, were the double front gates ..... that were wide open. :rolleyes:
