What size is the sump filter O ring on a RGS? I used my last one and have nothing to measure.

And one other thing, the plastic lens on the RGS instruments is starting to crack. It this part available, as Laverda paradise wants you to buy the entire thing at big $$$$$$

Very rare for any instument parts being offered seperately, quite common to have to source a complete unit, no matter what the brand...

I can offer NOS RGS instrument clusters as well. Drop me a PM if interested.

O-ring is the same as for a 180. ;) These are also in stock.

I'm not very familiar with the RGS instrument cluster, but from photos, it looks like the plastic lens is just a flat piece of acrylic (Perspex) or polycarbonate. Would it not be a simple matter to cut a new one from a piece of sheet? If it's not flat, putting a curve in it is also pretty simple with heat and a former buck of the right shape (you can make a buck from a plaster cast of the existing lens). If you'd rather not try it yourself, take the old lens to a plastics supplier and ask them to reproduce it.

What he said: molding plexiglass with a heat gun is a fun and easy project. It’s much like making a fiberglass part as far as the buck goes, but is a lot less messy to form the part. If you make one you might think of making a few extras for future use by others, the dirty part is making the buck.

It is quite easy to make new cover , no need for buck just heat with hot air gun bend to shape job done. Have made a few for some strange reason. Oh that's right have troweled mine a couple of times ok ok more than twice.
