Dear Laverda fans,
I am a new owner of an ATV Laverda Quod, 180 cc, 2003 year. The previous owner has changed some parts of the wiring and as a result the magnet does not charge the battery. I thought the problem was with the magnet, so I changed it, but still the problem with the battery not been charged.
So, please, if someone has a wiring diagram of this ATV, help me with it.
I attach a picture of the ATV.
The VIN is: ZGOKYO1O03T004300,
MOTO LAVERDA E11*2000/7*00056*
Thank you in advance for any support!

Sorry, no electrical diagram to propose.
This Quad is badge engineering sales technique, engine is oriental from what I remember.

Hi Miro. Like others, I had no idea Laverda made such a thing. Shouldn't be too tricky tracing the charging system from the alternator (English term for what you call the 'magnet' if it helps). The usual suspects seem to be wiring insulation deterioration around the alternator windings, regulator/rectifier and general wiring condition. A good auto electrician could surely help?

Hi,
The regulator/rectifier seems to be OK. I tried one from a bike. No change.

It is typically badge engineered just need to find the production source - there should be something somewhere that tells you the source if built in the eu - a lot of quads are Korean like Kymco for example - once you know who you should be able to get a wiring diagram

I found only the VIN plate. Find attached.
