He was down here last year at the Cemetery Circuit, good to watch him dicing with our local hero Mitch Rees 👍👍👍
 
You’re right it’s insane! The top guys are now averaging for the whole lap not far short of the top speed of the Laverda triples raced there in the 70’s & 80’s!
These days I’d need the top speed capping around 250kph to stand any chance of seeing which way they went….
 
Bloody hell. I reckon I'd shit my pants long before I got anywhere near the speeds he was doing. Saw 317kph on the speedo just after Creg Ny Baa.
You'd have to have lightning fast reflexes to stay alive at such speeds.

Even though I watched it, my brain has trouble to fathom such speeds along a normal road with fences, walls, and buildings. Looks totally mental going that fast through the streets. Great video.

Unfortunately, that’s so true. A former colleague of mine was marshalling at Ballacrye when the Japanese rider, Matsushita was shredded when he went through the trees. Not a pretty sight by all accounts, and there was a couple of ‘newbies’ marshalling that day. He never saw them again after that.
 
I think the same of those free deep sea divers, free mountain climbers, or wing suit users; it's amazing what some can do.
