75 3c with alloy wheels

Hi guys,
I'm looking at buying a 750 of one form or another, or a 180 thou,
cruising the interweb I found a '75 3c with alloy wheels. Would that be right? I thought alloys came in a few years later?

Not mine, looks good for anyone seeking a near original condition 1975 Laverda 3CE - no idea what the reserve is though.

Looks like it has a hydraulic clutch added otherwise mostly original.

1976 model year (so late '75 production onwards - from frame no 3352 according to Ian Falloon))
