Tyres, battery, oils, complete brake and clutch hydraulic service... 10K is quickly arrived at. Maybe primary chain and cush drive rubbers, final drive chain/sprockets and the inevitable perished rubbery odds and sods, looking at closer to 11K when you're finished. Then there's the little things like wheel bearings, cables and wiring connections, 15 years lay-up isn't kind to these bikes. No mileage stated. Otherwise, the bike looks clean and tidy.

Don't look like no bargain to me.
