Hi all, I just bought two immaculate black RGS / RGA silencers but they have two different numbers; LAV-63503190 and LAV-63503193.
They are black powdercoated in an oven and original they were chrome so don't be misleaded by the color / number combination.
They have only the centre hole at the back with one tiny (maybe 5mm) hole near the outside of the backside. Thus not the four 8mm holes in a circle as made for the SFC1000. The buyer says that they have baffles inside.

The question is, are they inside identical?

Normally in all the manuals I can only find LAV-63503193 but 63503190 I can't find.
Anybody knows the answer???

Measure the 2 outlets... not only the diameter but also the length of the tube reaching inside.  Swiss models, and undoubtedly others also, were fitted with different cans with more silencing. 

AfsIk, the holes ? la Luigi were done only on the 1000SFC.

The small hole is to allow condensation to escape.

the 4 x 8mm holes are a factory modification for Corsa engines as used in the RGS Corsa and SFC. Together with two holes in the bottom of the airbox plus a different jet (118 I think) it was said to give the bike additionally 5 HP or so. At least it gave a bit more sound if you will...  ;)

As Piet suggested I measured the diameter of the central hole and one is 23mm and the other is 20mm. I looked with a torch through both  holes and as far I can see the internals looked too me identical. So they are indeed not exactly the same.
Hopefully that's not's so important, because it's for my SFC1000 and later I drill the four 8mm holes later in the backplates.

Strange is that the one existing (5mm) hole that seems to let condensation escape from the pipe is sideways, thus pointing to the tire! Maybe Luigi didn't realised that these holes are always at the bottom because the condensate is normally at the lower part of the pipe.

From the link Lothar posted the  LAV-63503193 silencer is for a Corsa/SFC 1000 but it is odd that it does not have the 4 holes. Is this the one that is 23mm wide at the exit hole?
The other silencer is for a standard RGS.
 
The 63503190 is the 20mm version, and the 63503193 is 23mm Grant. I also saw that the 63503193 has a piece of connection metal welded between the mounting hole for the connection  / mainstand endstop and the beginning of the first radius of the silencer to make it more sturdier. The 63503190 has only a mounting lug with a hole in it.
 
yeah - sometimes I really wished I had a time-machine and could go back some years. Just to buy something and store it properly for using it today... ;)
