120 Tensioner advice please,

How do I remove the cam tensioner blade on a 120 sfc, I assume I loosen the tensioner bolt, pull the blade up out of the top of the head?

Yep undoe the M6 bolt at the top of the blade first and don't lose the copper washer that sits behind the head of the bolt', the blade may slip down a bit but just grab it with a pair of pointy nosed pliers.

if you are renewing it, then be very careful of the "bend" at the bottom of the blade, most are supplied without this bend and you need to induce it, or the metal of the blade will grind away at the chain, rather than the rubbery bit doing the guiding, look at the existing one to get an idea of the angle needed, its not actually that critical, but you do need to have it "not straight"
