125 Sport paint reference

Does anybody have a reference for the blue-grey paint of the 125 Sport?

Hi Paul, I bought my 125 Sport already restored and the paint is silver not blue-grey. But I saw one in - I would say - light metallic blue at a Mostra Scambio in Italy. And the very early ones had a two color paint silver and dark grey. Ciao, Gert

My paint looks blue-grey.
Maybe the passage of time. I went from dark brown to grey after all.

I used a Guzzi/Benelli shade that compared well to the inside of the tool box of mine. Used on Le Mans and Seis. Might even have the code... somewhere.

Mine was also very faded when I got it, the insides of the tool box was very different.

Thanks Piet, unfaded paint in the tool box.

How did you get the tank badges off. I sourced a spare set at great cost, but one of the two on the tank is ok. The other couldn't stand the heat.

Lots of patience...

The adhesive is quite brittle, I pried them off little by little. Thankfully, I managed not to damage them any further than they already were, I'd nevertheless love to have a new set to compliment the rest of the bike.

The colour of yours does look a lot more grey/silvery than mine. My tank was/is solidly mounted, yours seems to be rubber-mounted?

Tank appears to be rubber mounted, there are remnants of rubber, what time and fire have left. The parts list confirms Rondella Elastica front and back.

I found new badges in Germany along with a couple of rubber knee grips. That was in 2016-2017 after the bike was burnt.
The seller told me he'd acquired Cor Dees' spares.
