1969 750 on Ebay

The complete description:

This beautiful collection piece is on sales from the granddaughter of Francesco Laverda , founder of Moto Laverda , Breganze , Italy. She has good memories of him and the entire family . When she moved to US she wanted to bring with her a precious piece of that historical factory , a bike . An orange bike , as her grandfather choose that color among all blacks and grays of that period . “It’s a color you can see in the night races “ he told her once .
He was a brilliant mind , a genius .
Piero Laverda , one of her uncles selected one for her and has been restored by Bebi (Giuseppe Andrighetto) , one of the most respected mechanic of the factory.
It’s not a running bike as she is keeping it as a piece of art inside her house.

Looks very much like my '71 SF.
Petrol tank has the central pop up cap vs. the offset screw on type found on 750 S.
Handlebar appears to be aftermarket, and the idiot lights have a strange color in the pics.

It certainly is pretty but too expensive (for me) as a non-runner. Possibly the Smith clocks/steering damper/ head light bezel, indicates it's true year?
