1974 SFC on eBay USA

The rivet counters won't be impressed. Kwaka swingarm? And I would have thought a pic of 'SFC' on the cases stamping to be obligatory. But looks like the real deal if anyone has a spare wad of cash lying around.
 
Looks like the real deal with a few improvements/modifications; the seller says he has all the original parts. The fairing looks to me like it fits better than an original, ooo, did I say that?
For sale in Georgia, USA. There was a Forum member/ former Laverda racer, a very knowledgeable bloke, 'Rusty Spokes.' I wonder if he is still around; I haven't seen a post from him in a long time.
The price is optimistic for a very specialized 'collector' bike that few have even heard of.
 
For that asking price an onboard video while riding it would help sell it, but probably isn’t running. Hard to tell if the frame has the original zinc plating or a respray.

Thread 'Have a raced Laverda 750SFC from David Maxton that needs help in identifying '

Recently purchased the above 750SFC from Mr David Maxton who sold it to me because of his terminal illness. Unfortunately because of his condition he cannot remember much at all about the bike or his history. I do not need the bike but am keenly interested in compiling some history of it and Mr Maxton and perhaps someone out there can remember and contribute to this work by memory or photos. One gentleman told me that he remembers the bike and Mr Maxton and raced against him in 1985 or 1986 at Pocono raceway and that the bike was raced on every circuit East of the Mississippi in the 80's...
 
Probably a respray, looks to light colored for older zinc. Says he has all the original bits to make it factory stock. Could be a fair price range if the other parts aren't trashed . I do like his style ( no bidding or private contact just straight up names his price) .
